New Paris Bohemian: Stories and Cuisine from the City of Light
Food lovers of all kinds want to know how real Parisians eat. New Paris Bohemian paints an alternative gastronomic portrait, one that includes artists and other bohemian spirits. Cabaret dancers, journalists, punk-rockers, and other artists who work in Paris know that eating well is art, and it’s a fundamental part of being a bon vivant. This cookbook presents the everyday cuisine of Parisian artists, combined with entertaining anecdotes. New Paris Bohemian is a cultural immersion into contemporary city life, brought to life with award-winning black and white photography. This book is an invitation to share the intimate world of real Parisian artists, making it accessible to readers who are curious about the authentically eccentric Paris.
